Standard Policy Agreement
We want to make sure your order is produced correctly and delivered as quickly as possible. Some orders require additional information, files, photos, wording, design selections, corrections, account details, or final approval from you before production can continue.
Any completion or delivery date provided by Millionaire Productions assumes that all required customer information, materials, selections, corrections, and approvals are received within the timeframe needed to complete production.
If Millionaire Productions contacts you because information, materials, corrections, or approval are needed and a response is not received, your order will be placed on hold and the original estimated completion or delivery date will no longer apply.
Once the required response or approval is received, the project will return to the production schedule based on Millionaire Productions' current workload and availability. The customer should not assume that the original completion or delivery date can still be accommodated.
When a design proof is provided, please review it carefully. Check all names, spelling, phone numbers, addresses, website links, QR destinations, colors, images, pricing, and other customer-specific information.
Products requiring approval will not be printed, manufactured, published, programmed, or finalized until approval is received. This protects you from receiving a product you did not approve and prevents unnecessary production waste.
Millionaire Productions is not responsible for delays caused by unanswered messages, missing information, delayed approvals, requested customer changes, inaccurate contact information, or an inability to reach the customer.
If your order is awaiting your response, your project is considered customer-delayed. Once the requested information or approval is received, production will resume according to our current production availability. A new completion or delivery timeframe may be provided at that time.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the phone number and email address they provide and for responding to requests that are reasonably necessary to complete their order.
By approving a design, you confirm that you have reviewed the proof and authorize Millionaire Productions to move forward with production. Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges if materials have already been printed, programmed, manufactured, ordered, published, or otherwise used.
Reprints, replacements, revisions, or rebuilding requested because of information or design details that the customer previously approved may be treated as new or additional work.
Millionaire Productions stands behind the products and digital solutions we create. If a technical issue occurs as a result of our work, we will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and correct the issue.
Some products and services rely on third-party technology, including hosting providers, web browsers, mobile devices, NFC technology, APIs, social media platforms, payment providers, mapping services, operating systems, internet service providers, or other external systems. Because these services are outside of Millionaire Productions' control, we cannot guarantee their permanent availability, compatibility, or continued operation.
If a third-party change or other circumstance outside our control affects a product, Millionaire Productions will make reasonable efforts to identify an available solution. Significant modifications, replacement systems, new features, or rebuilding caused by third-party changes may require additional work and may be subject to additional charges. Any paid work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed.
If a product becomes permanently unusable and cannot reasonably be repaired, Millionaire Productions will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Millionaire Productions is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, device incompatibility, third-party policy changes, discontinued third-party services, customer modifications, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a current phone number, email address, and mailing or service address so Millionaire Productions has reliable ways to contact them regarding their inquiry, order, project, approvals, scheduling, delivery, support, billing, or other customer-service matters.
By providing a phone number and email address and accepting the communications acknowledgment below, the customer authorizes Millionaire Productions and service providers acting on its behalf to contact the customer regarding the customer's inquiry, order, project, account, support, approvals, scheduling, delivery, and related service matters by telephone call, text message, and email, including through automated technology where permitted by law.
This service-related authorization is intended to allow Millionaire Productions to communicate with the customer about an existing inquiry, purchase, or business relationship. Customers may request that a particular communication method no longer be used, subject to communications that may still be reasonably necessary to complete or service an active order.
Separate optional consent for promotional or marketing calls and text messages appears below. Marketing consent is not required to purchase from Millionaire Productions.
“I understand that my order may require information or approval from me before it can be completed. If I fail to respond, my project may be placed on hold, my original estimated completion or delivery date may be lost, and my project may be rescheduled according to Millionaire Productions' current workload once I respond. I understand the technology and support terms above and agree to provide accurate contact information so Millionaire Productions can communicate with me about my order or account.”
By signing, I confirm that the contact information above is mine or that I am authorized to provide it, and that my electronic signature applies to the acknowledgments I selected above.
Your agreement has been securely submitted to Millionaire Productions and assigned a permanent reference ID.
